When you spend money on advertising it is a "one off" - with or without a result Advertising may also attract unsuitable candidates. If you register your request with PL.E.S. then sign the terms of business (Agreement), there is a one off administration charge of $50 which includes putting your request on our website and conducting a search. There is no further charge unless you accept a candidate offered by the agency. In the meantime you are free to use "networks" or accept a candidate from any other source.

On receipt of a signed terms of business, the Agency commences a search for a suitable candidate. All are stringently processed for appropriate registration/accreditation and appropriate visa and we endeavour to match skills and availability to your job requirements. The search will continue on your behalf until either we have been successful in fulfilling your request, or, until you inform us you have found your own candidate.

Staff at P.L.E.S. search the data base daily. Selected C.V's are forwarded to you for perusal.

You are informed and updated on the likelihood of P.L.E.S. being able to present a candidate for the position. If you accept staff presented by P.L.E.S then telephone numbers are exchanged for contact and recommended interview. We do not enter into payment of the candidate.

This becomes negotiable between employer/employee. Follow up monitoring will take place to ensure that your requirements have been met..

Candidates presented will be:-

Registered and accredited
    
Be in possession of a suitable visa if not an Australian citizen
    
Have the skills you are looking for...
    
Available to start work if accepted
